6.Booking and Payment

To book a maritime course, you must complete the booking form on our website and provide payment details. We will confirm your booking by email. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation. You must pay the full amount for the maritime course at the time of booking. We accept payment by MPU, Mobile Wallets, credit/debit card or bank transfer.

7.Cancellation and Refunds

Course fees are nonrefundable if you book for a course through our service. You may contact the maritime training institute for cancellation or requesting referral to a later date. If you cancel your booking for a maritime course for exceptional circumstances, we may refund part or all of the course feedepending on the cancellation policy of the training institute and at our discretion but 10,000 MMK of administration charge will be deducted. If we cancel a maritime course for any reason, we will refund the full course fee.

8.Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of using our website or any services that we provide, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of profits, or any indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our liability to you is limited to the amount of the course fee that you paid for the maritime course.

9.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Seabridge Recruitment Agency and its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising out of your use of our website or any services that we provide.
